Goldwell, a German company founded in 1948, was labeled the number one permanent hair color in America. KMS CALIFORNIA
The salon is a KMS California Club member. KMS has been on salon shelves for 30 years. The entire line was revamped and launched in February 2006. The new IOPS (inside out perfecting system) allows native (California) natural ingredients to penetrate deep into the hair shaft leaving the hair looking healthier and more vibrant. The KMS California line covers all ethnicities and hair types.
